Yea, I'm still betting Brad is out. But even if it went void, he is still by law afforded the opportunity to pay. I wish I knew more about his financial situation. Local courts, judgements, divorce records, etc could all tell weather he has the means to pay for such a reinstatement. The shell still has a few years before it becomes a revival case, which in turn would make it very expensive. If not, he could sell it with all liabilities for nothing, just to avoid a judgement. Its a tough call, but the silent volume is strange. I'll be watching this closely in the meantime. Someones you get lucky by being a bag holder other times you just a bag holder.
