from Varok's board..Interesting

The potential value of BKMP and how it's presently way undervalued.

After speaking to Sandy about the PPV program and how successful it has become,he feels that each time it is aired the numbers continue to gain momentum as more viewers sign on.

Currently the share price is undervalued to say the least, but this is basically due to the CD holders exercising their option..They are acquiring shares..

So let's due the math..

Today's share price of .0004 and assuming the O/S of around 5 billion is a reasonable number,we have a market cap of $2 million..Certainly is ridiculously low and compared to many pinksheet companies with the same O/S have their market cap in the neighborhood of $25 million..

I have said in the past the this low share price is low only for one reason and only one reason..It has nothing to do with the company or the 20% present ownership we have in TFN,but simply the current situation with CD holders exercising their option.

Patience must be the foremost concern on our minds and not the daily diatribes of why we are not moving..In time we will prevail and it will come sooner then later.

If the street were to recognize the true value and even with 5 billion shares O/S,we could easily have a market cap of $10 million and commend a share price of .002 today. As you can see even with other companies with the same O/S are currently valued at this level..

PE ratios are not used in penny issues, so to give a true analysis is done on straight forward on actual numbers, but we have noticed that many pennies show no real rev growth, but still commend a minimum market cap of around $10 million..So why are we here at this level..It's the CDs and nothing more.

This business model is sound and has the potential of becoming a real factor in combatant sports like UFC on Spike TV and will surpass the ever popular WW Wrestling Federation as more Cable companies come online.

Airing in Canada is a big deal and will only help in getting us a fast-track cable company here in the US..Once the US cable companies sees the success of the Canadian market and the numbers are already showing that the demographics of 18-35 year olds really like the sport, they will carry the program..It's only a matter of time and that factor is closing..In my opinion and this is only my opinion, but I feel that inner workings are already in place..

So, once the CDs are finished and in my opinion we will start to move and around this time we will also get notice of the airing here in the US..It may from the start not be a major carrier, but a smaller carrier in certain market areas..I feel that California, which is currently running PPVs would probably be the first market since the success of the PPV and this type of Fight venue is really hot in this state.

In closing, when the end comes to the CDs, I see a price movement to .002 (MC $10 million) and with further notices of carriers and especially here in the states will we move from the .002 to ranges of over a penny (.01) in spikes.. It is in this range that would give us a market cap of $50 million once we settle in.To move above .01+ would depend largely on the share buyback, but I feel that .005 to a high of .015 maybe .02 is and will be our trading range..The higher price will depend largely on the significance of a strong major US carrier. Also keep in mind, any movement North from here will also result in the dilution from the conversion of the CD holders who will certainly sell into any rise to maximize profit taking, thus stalling any forward momentum..This will undoubtedly happen just like the option being exercised now on acquiring shares at a low price will the unloading of these acquired conversion maximize their investment like us.We will see higher volume days once this occurs..You can count on it,but we will also be rewarded.

Have a good day
