Actually, from the explanation you posted it looks like the minority shareholders of either KeyOn Comm, INC (KeyOn LLC became Comm Inc in the KeyOn/CommX merger, right?) of which there are none OR Nant of which there is no maj shareholder. The info I was looking at suggested it was the minority shareholders of the shell company were eliminated. That's what made sense to me because it meant that we would not be left with shares. And wouldn't Nant be left as NantINC, not an LLC still?
Even if nothing happens I'm convinced the Dr would not leave his recoverable equity in this shell. Just knowing he has the 80% would make me take a position in it! But there is still only 50MM shares being fought over. It explains the trading.
