Heard this on NPR just now. There will be about a 6 month comment period on this new EPA directive. It will take about 1 year to get the finalized version of this EPA directive in place and then another year to get it implemented. Although this is good news for MNGA, the immediate benefit is yet to be seen just because of the timelines imo..
China is the biggest user of coal although they are weening themselves as they can. They have huge air pollution problems in China and the public is much more angry about the dirty air than the USA population is. Seems to me that China would be a great market for MNGA's co-combustion product.
