dmbao ... Obviously, ...

we would all like to hear something from Pimovi, and it's not difficult to imagine that many OTC shareholders tend to grow more impatient by the day without news, especially with regards to start-ups and as thoughts of "scams" creep into their minds. I can tell you without reservation that if I saw any sign of that with Chancellor (CHAG), I can assure you I would not be here now. In fact, I took advantage of those shareholders selling at these low prices and doubled my position at just over $.02 ... wasn't fortunate enough to get any of those $.02s.

Franks had no luck with his first public company, Mimvi, Inc. (MIVI) [now ADTM with entirely new management and employees and a whole new business plan]. Most MIMV shareholders have a real bad taste in their mouths based on the way Kasian ran the Company; consequently, it's quite likely that not one investor in MIMV, myself excluded, would ever even think of giving him a second chance.

Now, that being said, I do have some reasons to believe that he could very well see some success here at CHAG:

1. He has a history quite unlike anyone I've ever seen before. Just take a look at his profile on Linkedin:

First of all, he was an adviser to Fuelist for one (1) year which I wasn't aware of before.

Then from his time at Stanford and the University of California Berkeley, he first worked at Franklin Templeton Investments then for 14 other companies up through Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Now, I'm not sure if he knows Raj Saxena from his time as Internal Product Developer, Project Manager at Cisco System from 1996 – 1996 (less than a year), but I wouldn't be surprised if he does.

2. During those years he developed certain technology for which he filed seven (7) patent applications, plus one (1) "provisional" for Pimovi and one (1) "provisional" for Mimvi [now ADTM]. I think it's important to note, too, that the patents held by Franks' company, SeeqPod, along with the Company's software were acquired by Intertrust, and this is what Intertrust said ...

“Intertrust plans to use SeeqPod’s breakthrough technology in distributed search systems in a variety of applications and services for Internet television, targeted advertising, recommendation systems, electronic music distribution and healthcare information services.”

3. I believe bringing Mr. Saxena on board as an adviser lends a great deal of credibility and legitimacy to Pimovi and Chancellor. Also, I'm inclined to believe that it's more than just coincidence that Saxena's appointment to adviser on 3-12-14 was around the very same time that Frank's patent applications were updated, one on 2-20-14 and the other on 3-13-14. Furthermore, I'm inclined to believe that prior to Saxena's announced appointment to adviser, he most likely spent some time examining both Pimovi's technology and patent applications with Franks before he agreed to sign on with Pimovi.

All of the above is just my opinion, or course, and I do reserve the right to be wrong ... just in case smile
