We have a bid and ask now, but Fidelity is still not allowing any buy orders. I have bought stocks with global locks and chills on them with Fidelity, so don't know what is the issue. A few weeks back they told me no trading restrictions, just no bid and ask so could not put in a trade. Now, I am told there is a block on the stock, but they don't know by whom or why? Strange. Don't blocks come from the DTC? Anyone have any USA brokers that are allowing buy orders to be accepted?
