There are 109 total licenses applied and Clark county is going to pick only 18. The probability is around 3% for TRTC to get any license.
Even if they get a county license, there is no guarantee on the State approval. Its a separate application process.

I think it is currently going up on hype and can come down like falling knife if they don't get any alloted.
