UNDAUNTED, you can pretty much read my recent posts regarding your question. But, to sum it up, the BOD's have been extremely evasive about any acquisition (continuing) talks with Fortune 500 companies since the PR in January 2013, and the conference call! Yes, they have acknowledged monetizing the patents (s) but no where in or around any press release have they acknowledged how "interests" from these companies are moving forward! NONE! Thus, the sharp decline in the PPS

Monetizing can be interrupted two ways. Licensing fees to generate revenue and or, acquisition of the company. For all we know, talks of any acquisition could have been halted! .......Well, that the message they're giving the investment community, aren't they? With all these valuable patents and the PPS, is plummeting. It's hard to argue that.

Now, let me address two things; I'm not buying the NDA argument, one bit. They don't have to mention dollar amount and or the companies involved. But, stating acquisition talks are preceding and a few offers have been rejected that they feel are not worthy of the value of their technology and patents, would be enough. Remember, this is still a public company and shareholders expect something. But, monetizing, surely isn't enough. As we are seeing by the current share price.

Finally, to think the BOD's don't care about the PPS, is beyond ridiculous! The PPS, gives the perceived value of the company. Now, seeing it drastically drop, is not a good sign!

You can thank them for giving everyone the opportunity to purchase more shares at a tremendous price.

This all maybe a mute point, if they're close to a deal. But, I seriously doubt it. My best educated assumption, is that they haven't received any offers significant enough to accept (or even announce) and they have moved forward to trying to generate (MONETIZING) these patents!

I hope I'm wrong!
