The A/S increase means business deals are still trying to be made...hmmm no bid and no concrete prs yet and increasign shares...
just generally speaking any company, is this the routine-1 announce deals get share price up 2 occasionally release some fluff prs to the public to keep interest AND PREVENT SELLING 3 no selling the stock either trades sideways or up 4 deals finally completed and still wont require too many shares from sustained price

Too many shareholders and buyers sold this stock last year for the kind of financing that was needed, and of course the unknowing (i wont say illegal because idk) conversions of previous management. They tried to get it done still (imo) so with a stock with a pps 10-100x lower then planned takes 10-100x more shares for agreements.
