nordstrom has worked day and night since he came on board there would be no leep without nordstrom. he tried to find gov. money for leep's small business, instead he found hal rogers, who said you've got a great thing here, why don't you talk to OVC. OVC in violation of a NDA purchased leep's debt and came demanding payment or they would take over. OVC;s business of army tents was in jeopardy. connect the dots.
