Gentleman, let me clarify. The Q filing that has been asked for was not and still is not required because they are not EFFECTIVE as of yet. The sec asked for the filing as part of their due-dilligence on the financials. They could be trading without it but the sec choose to ask for it now. It should only take a couple of days because the information is already included as subsequent events,
The next Q is not due till august of which the quarter ends on June 30th.
As far as the money they have it.
