I am just asking what shareholders want to know and have the tight to know at this point.

All you saying since Friday is that the announcement is coming any minute. Your time line is completely off or there is no buy out. Allot of people might lose their hard earned money people that believed in you and invested in your company. So don't blame us for demanding answers now.

While I understand your concern, we will not break the law by informing the public of a transaction before all of the documents are completed just because we are being pressured by a few disgruntled shareholders.

We are working in good faith to complete this transaction for the benefit of our shareholders and while you say you deserve to know non-public information, the fact is you deserve to know when and only when it is legally aloud to be announced.
