Worldwide Internet to Change Name

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 27, 2014) - Worldwide Internet, Inc. (OTC Pink: WNTR) announced today it is commencing the process to change its name from Worldwide Internet, Inc. to Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc.

The company has reserved the new name with the State of Nevada and will begin the process to complete the name change with the State of Nevada.

Anyone know how long this process takes? 4 months now since PR. I got to thinking as i was checking out the new website. When I first found it a couple months ago it stated the new company name 'Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc' on the homepage. Now the website says 'Worldwide' obviously to roll easy into the new name. So I assume the new name wasn't approved or Frank has other plans up his sleeve. I wonder if we can check w NV SOS office to find out status? Damn I wish I had more time for DD.
