This cannot be achieved By stymieing the increase of the minimum wage in any country, including the U.S. The war on unions presently being waged in The U.S. is atrocious, only they (the Unions) were responsible for creating the middle class in America, not the benevolence of the corporations.

Increasing “disposable income for families” in order to “invigorate consumption” is precisely what Rajoy should be doing.
