Agreed. Very Unreliable. Predictions like these will ultimately hurt REDG as these predictions will be seen as almost promises for future events. When they do not come to pass the discontent grows out of proportion as to the true reality of the situation we are in. Either we will make it or we won't-based upon alot of hard work,elbow grease, and a little luck. We are a long way from home or even breaking even for many of us. Better position now than last year this time but, this is a long hold or flip for most everyone at this juncture.
