Hey guys tom just responded.

He said:
"The buyout is real and its progressing as planned. The final docs are being finished at our respective attorneys and we anticipated having them back on Saturday. As soon as we receive them they will be reviewed and provided there are no additional changes, they will be signed. Once signed the acquisition will be announced to the public. "
