Hey Gary X- Yes I think they will have to eventually relocate if this Cerner deal does come to fruition. This Cerner deal is HUGE for that area and the public backlash alone for APT/Motovox holding the deal up wouldn't be in their best interest locally. Yes, I think they will get a good deal from Cerner for that property. Considering Cerner is going to spend billions on the campus I don't see why they wouldn't come to a nice deal that both parties would be happy with. Just my opinion.
