I wish I could tell you Big Chew. I showed up there about six weeks ago and talked to William Maher the CFO. Unfortunately, he wouldn't let me in to tour the place. Which I understood since I just showed up unannounced. He did mention that one reason is that they do a lot of R&D there. They don't want people taking pictures and posting them all over the internet etc. He is a cool guy though and assured me they will be fully SEC compliant.
