Yes it is right in the way. However, I don't consider this a show stopper for APT/Motovox. They will more than likely make some nice profit selling the building to Cerner and there are plenty of other properties around Kansas City that they can move into. APT/Motovox is great for Kansas City and so is Cerner. It is a win win for Kansas City in my opinion.
