Impressions From the Marcum Conference.
Major Points
1. Bank Financing For the Studio not Stock
2. Yellow to be debt Free (Probably a pledge to Bank)
(Sounds like selling stock to pay off Yellow Debt)
3. Approached Companies all over the world and at Cannes to Use Medient facilities after construction (Getting indications of interest from them)
4. After completion of Phase 1 the rest of the Phases should fall into place (I imagine Developers have contacted Medient about a future Possible Participation in the Complex)

Now, the short term Play here is the stock moving up when financing is announced! Medient in JUNE! Go Medient!
