To which apples and oranges are you referring? Filings vs "revised" filings? "Beta" versions vs "finished" apps?

If it's filings, the "revised" Annual, published May 30th says the same thing the first filing of the Annual said:

May 5th came and went. No app. Again.

If the "apples" and "oranges" refer to the so-called "beta" version of the much anticipated CYBK app versus the "finished" version, the Q1, published May 20th, said:

The Q1 financials also show $20,000 for "App/Software Development."

So, May 20th CYBK states,

As of April 14th, 2014, the APP is completed.

and

the Company is awaiting the release of the App and expects to have download instructions within the next few weeks.

On May 22nd, developer "Toros" puts "Cyber Save" on play.google. It is an obvious clone of "Toros" other app, the Mydex Wallet. Both state that

This app is a prototype for test purposes only.
It is not intended for public use.
All the demo data are fictitious.

The app clearly isn't "completed." It doesn't even look like a beta version. (You know, for a coupon app to work, the app has to establish relationships with merchants...oh, never mind...)

So regarding "Your [sic] comparing apples and oranges," I have no idea what you're talking about. I do know that no one knows what I know except me. What I think is that there is no app, just a lame "prototype."

Oh, and another amateurish, humanoid robot-looking "Cyber-thingy." This was the "rebranding" that caused the delay? LOLOLOL (Who's rendering these anyway? Is Chris really a manga artist wannabe?)
