After watching the video if Cerner plans to make their campus as big as what this video is projecting than yes they will have to buy out the old Montgomery Ward building which is now owned by APT/Motovox. The main part of Bannister Mall was taken down back in 2009. The old Montgomery Ward building was a stand alone building that was still part of Bannister Mall. So yes APT could possibly make a nice chunk of change by selling their building to Cerner. We will just have to wait and see how it all plays out.
