Sorry but trying to sell shares the day it got suspended is NOT THE REASON FOR THE SUSPENSION. Further it is impossible to sell or buy shares the day the suspension is enacted.

The SEC investigated fraud with the assistance of FINRA before the suspension was handed down. That investigation took more than 1 day...
