1000% True....the effectiveness of the CEO is based upon the PPS as he works for every single shareholder. He is our employee.

You are also 1000% that anyone that believes that once the CEO is put into place the PPS elevates to super high levels is living in the clouds. Sometimes yes and sometimes no there is a quick bump up or down when a new CEO is put into place that is usually eroded quickly and gets back to the level it was prior to when the CEO is put into place.

Any new CEO policies and moves usually take from 6 to 12 months to really take effect so they need to be judged on their performance after 12 monthes in office (that may be up to two years depending upon how much of a mess the company is in).

With Calkin taking over basically a fresh new company we all need to give him 12 months before we can really see how he runs the company and where it is headed. let's all forget about his ownership and leadership in a private company as the rules are different. He now has shareholders to report to and has to realize that he is our employee, we are not his.

Will he make a few mistakes? Sure he is normal. Is he is godfather of pot? No he is not. He has a great deal of experience as well as contacts and some of those contacts will become partners however I also beleive that some of those contacts will become and are competitors. It is only natural for the student to want to beat and bury the teacher. That is called competition.

This is a long term investment and anyone here who isn;t ready to hold for a year or more are not investors.

If calkin makes a mistake who cares!!! We all make mistakes. His experience will minimize the number of mistakes he makes. A good CEO follows the status quo however a great CEO will take some chances to move the company forward and become a leader in its industry.

Give the man a chance, give the team a chance, give them a year. Expect that some members of the team get fired and new ones brought on. The CEO needs to see how they work as a team. Not everyone works well as a team.

Lock up your shares so the flippers and MM's can't borrow them. If you allow them to borrow your shares and flip them don't complain about them. Shareholders that don't lock there shares are to blame not the flippers or MM's.
