I am almost at the right time to buy here....as I have said many times, I am just waiting for that tick down to trip threes. I am sure that many are also waiting for that level to buy. Anyone waiting for lower than that will be missing the boat. In my opinion, from there it will turn very quickly and head due north. Anyone thinking they can cover a position at that time will be disappointed.
