mac's trademark is to leave a zombie corpse, this time it's different . . . they would need to revoke and attempt restructuring before filing chapter 11, they need to be private before restructuring, so mac and charter agreed on this step . . .

again, starting a new RADIENT website does not fit your scenario . . . but a blog is a great way to inform the private shareholders of BK proceedings . . .
