This is not enough for joint venture or,
purchase a ferry ($10 to $50 million needed) or,
purchase a landlocked shack in the Bahamas.

It would not even be enough to settle the Texas and Sazant lawsuits.

Only explanation is to pay monthly expenses via toxic debt financing.
