If the adds which are the revenue source which are on the site aren't evidence to dispel that they have none then you look through black glasses.

My glasses may be black but, at least they're not rose colored. IF the ads are in fact creating revenue, wouldn't it make much more sense for the CEO to be drafting up a PR about how mjxchange has signed an advertisement agreement that is generating revenue for GDSM, instead of talking smack on a message board?
