I appreciate your stance. I think the one thing that is different about Mike is that he is down to earth. Quite different than most CEO's. He is intelligent I will tell you that. Many conversations with me lend credibility to that. So if in fact, at around 11 Pm he is on his own time and wants to know what people are saying about his company, which he should be concerned about, that is bad?

In reality it shows that if someone has a concern, he wants to address it. Too much speculation about what is going on when the available source is there to answer your questions. So why would you complain about someone wanting to listen to your concerns? Doesn't seem sensible. If you are not Million shares and are different individual then you also have the opportunity to call Mike. If you choose to not do so that is of your own accord.

But really your perception of what someone should or should not be doing is only that, your perception. Others may see it differently. I know you are holding shares and want your money back. Hopefully you'll get it back. But complaining about the CEO wanting to discuss something isn't going to change that.
