I posted the article as I thot it was saying the barriers to growing hemp are going to be broken down as we're (USA) missing out on competing vs. other countries. Thus hemp and hemp/MMJ/cbd's are going to be the future.

I aint'a short, no way, no how. Sorry if I gave that impression.
