I dont feel compelled to disclose how much WNTR I own or why I post. I will say that WNTR is following the exact model of pinksheets that dilute, offer a divy to keep people hooked or even convince them to buy more shares (cant sell or you will be left out of the divy right)? promise to provide audited financials (but never do) and ultimately R/S.

Another technique in the pinksheet playbook is to constantly talk about uplisting.

Mr. Hippo mentioned that he thought communicating directly with the CEO was a sign of transparency. I think its a tool to give a false sense of security. How many CEO's of real companies can you pick up the phone and talk to?

All this is of course, IMO.
