6months, the notes will be in 6months if it has not been paid back. We just know that the A/S has increased which has nothing to do with the float. Absolutely nothing of the stock will be affected by this unless the bills don't get paid. Which they will, and is another reason why the CEO said "The company continues to pursue for larger non-dilutive financing options for operating capital in the future."
Stating this is saying IMO that the CEO has no intention on diluting the share structure and plans on having the debt paid off before the debt becomes convertible. But hey JMHO
