I believe in the long term potential of ACLP. I'm in this for the long haul whether that means 4-6 more months or 2-5 years. What excites me most are the potential for the patents. Though some are a couple years old, there are always issues with new patents and potential conflicts that ACLP can take advantage of by licensing and/or some type of purchase agreement.

I also feel that this merger is a huge need and boost for SP. With the amount of consistent volume we have seen in the last few couple months that proves there are ears and eyes here. I'd like to believe people with more money than some of us don't mind waiting for this stock to see .01+ before taking a serious position. Too much manipulation as for the lack of serious buyers on pre-merger news. It's just gonna take some people to get left in the dust here, luckily we won't be those people.
