If APT's suppliers believe they can let production inventory go to APT until receivables come in... That would be HUGE! That would mean APT would have absolutely sold the supplier on the fact that orders are in, quality is good and accountability for repayment is 1st order of business. No way would my company let out production on credit without knowing I am working with a winner.
