Some subsequent events worthy of noting from the 10-Q:

In April 2014, the Company received the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification for the production of biodiesel at the India plant from either tallow or the non-edible portion of palm oil for sale into European markets.



On April 9, 2014, the Company entered into an agreement to purchase a second Corn Oil separation unit for the plant in Keyes, CA at a cost of approximately $1.0 million through an initial deposit plus a schedule of future periodic payments.
