I think bank financing is the topic now because Manu said at the conference that they are close to getting financing. The government bonds, according to a post here several days ago, are only 'pass through' and not really financing at all. Someone correct me or elaborate, please. I did not understand the explanation of the pass-through thing but I too, had the impression that bonds had been issued. That was THE primary reason I invested in this dream, and now it appears that I was either mistaken or mislead into thinking that was the case. Perhaps I was seeing what I wanted to see.
The PR about construction beginning is also puzzling to me now. What is being done and with what $?

I'm asking in earnest, just trying to make money with this - not short term and definitely not a flipper - too small for that. But I've bought this on the way down and i'm sitting at a .007 avg too and rather concerned that I've married yet another one-night stand.
