In a way I know enough to say, D5 and D3 RINs will be payed under the RFS2 rules - so I think you are right in, a lot (not all) of the 10 MGY ethanol is D3 RIN ethanol! (6,0 mill gallons maybe)

Listen to what you can read in the papers you found ... there will be a lot more WDGS, which means we have more than just yield-enhancement - we also have more feedstock input (more corn)!!

So what is going on at the Magic Valley plant is more than just a higher ethanol and corn oil yield ... it is at the same time "more feedstock input" ?? that is what I really dont understand yet !!

Like Pacific Ethanol can move the bottleneck to another higher level, and get more ethanol (and feedstock) through the plants!
(new technology maybe)?

That is really good news, because they can do it at all four plants then !!

I have been hunting papers for 3-4 hours today, but I can find nothing related to Stockton plant vs. Magic Valley :)
