ya think OWOO owners have "serial PENNY promos"-in-mind???

the biggest problem the PENNY market has (may.may not be prevalent here) is that the regulatory bodies REFUSE to STOP the owners who repeatedly break the ethics ALL DAY, but don't veer too far into the law breaking territory(at least not egregious enough to prosecute)

the PENNYS are a sometimes "wild west" scenario……….wish OWOO would give the reigns to qualified operators……...IRBY can stay
