So your actually suggesting that these patients pay 300$+ dollars per year just to have their med card & then they don't get meds for the year? Ok buddy ... Lol .

. Oh sorry they get like 1 gram a month to help with their severe pain, HIV, cancer etc.....

Your math may add up but the reality & practicality is way different.. Guaranteed
