A couple more reasons why FLPC will bounce...
EMOTION. I have been trading the OTC for 4 years and the only reason traders can consistently make money is by capitalizing off other traders emotions. People can only stand so much red, it eventually convinces them to sell, which is magnified by others (wanting cheaper shares) using large orders and timely bid whacking to try and exaggerate that sense of despair. The reason it appears like there is only selling going on is because traders and those looking for entry are waiting until a bottom is found. Right now buying is like trying to catch a falling knife. So there is a very un-proportionate number of sellers to buyers. Buyers are saying "I know I can get cheaper"
Remember those selling convertible shares are selling certain amounts, regardless how much $$ it is for. So 1 million shares that needed to be sold today at .01 absorbs $10k of buying.... and Today that same amount of money would absorb 1.8M shares. Eventually a balance is reached where the shares are exhausted and the buying power outweighs it. I can potentially buy 2.5M shares with the same amount of money that only got me 1M 6 trading days ago.
Why are our board marks going up? Traders are watching. They do not care about an A/S increase 6 months from now, they do not care what Antimony is. You better believe traders and those that believe in the company longer term (they are still out there trust me) are looking to average down, start positions, or flip this.... all of which require buying.
We are currently in THE WORST downtrend since our pullback from 08 started. We have not had a green candle in 13 days. We are obviously very oversold. Those who wanted to bail have just about done so(they have had ample opportunity this week)
If China is not watching this stock price right now those people at that company sure do not know how to seize an opportunity.
I hesitate posting this because I want a sweeeeet price on some fear shares....
But the truth must be heard!
