Permits are going to take a minimum of 6 months to obtain, regardless of the mill they build. Significant revenues might hit the filing in a year from now.

Basically, if I'm reading them right, the shareholder meeting is in November and the increase in AS will probably be voted on at that time. They're going to basically force us into it, by then they won't have enough shares left to fund the thing.
