Many MM's don't have to immediately report all their trades throughout the day until EOD. This is one form of a t-trade (not an after hour trade but after hour reporting). So often it's not a huge sale or purchase but a collection reporting of sales or buys. This allows them to somewhat hide and manipulate the pinks sale volume during the day in order to control how quickly it ascends or descends. MM's have free reign in the OTC and they can make or brake the best or worst. GLTA
