I feel that if no protective order was issued and there is no public information available, well the gman lawyers are trying to do (as Tom Clancy would put it) "the old Potomac two step". There must be some serious behind closed doors negotiating. It seems to me that sexy Judge (Judy) Sweeny must have the the plaintiffs' agreement for further delays.
