Agreed. Never could understand why people did not agree with me when I presented this on the front end.

Management saw it as a new DC and employees for GZFX with the deal. It would make more sense if the company did not focus on Adult movies. That is the x-factor. Not many titles or subs would come to GZFX. So better off without the deal for sure. But the news certainly does not help us with the price.

Agent, multiple reasons why the A/S's will soon be many Billions. Start with the filing and then factor in expenses for a start.

The Authorized Shares will be over 10 billion soon, imo. Let's just leave it at that.
