Haha, yea theres a whole truckload of truth to that too. Hence me saying im appealing to the wrong crowd. As agressive as my "offer" is in the business world, paying 35k for 5k is batpoop insane, regardless of what potential there is. If I was getting a $2,500,000 payment thatd be one thing, but alas cant throw 15% of it at a penny when I dont know what taxes and various bullshit will do to that one. And with only one other big payday like that down the road I cant be THAT agressive even if Im pretty confident itll be worth it.
I get monthly payments now for a decade plus a percentage of business profits, so im pretty comfortable (was 50% partner in a multiunit pizza franchise out of school from age 24 to early last year. Peaked out at 5 stores and $5.5 mil revs before i sold out most of my stake. Too much backstabby bullshit for all the effort I put into it. Left my brainchild because of other people, just ridiculous) But I just cant accumulate fast enough right now and its driving me a little nutty knowing what we have haha. Kickin myself for sellin 300k (almost half) back at .008. Didnt think it was "the big one" (price runup) cuz its never"the big one".
