Sure, it reflects things like marketing, exposure in the market, earnings, etc. until this deal becomes public, outsiders will not trust this company enough to invest. Others refuse to believe the financials because they're unaudited. There are only approximately 700 investors. Until there are new, verifiable developments, this will not move. Nothing will be verifiable until EPGL is free to disclose this deal. Winter is coming people. When EPGLs spring arrives, it will happen fast and people will be chasing.
If you were EPGL and you signed an NDA, what would you do to attract more investors? Put up a shiny bright sign on your leased office? Take out TV ads about a product you can't disclose? Pump the stock through a marketing firm? Or would you diligently work on your business and product development and let the share price do what it's going to do anyway?
