Sorry if this has already been talked about but I dont have time to weed over the 100s of posts... but, I haven’t done that much DD about DVDavenue but I believe that this is a good thing because our CEO and company want to keep this a family oriented company (as im sure circuit city does) and I would bet that a lot of DVDavenues "customer base" was based on adult movies--- thus the "not a good fit" statement.

Call me an idiot but I FULLY SUPPORT JOHN FLEMING in this decision…. Its keeps us a family oriented company ---- plus I don’t think CC wants to be affiliated with a porn renting company either. Whatever happens to the share price today will be - but this just might have been what was holding back an announcement of CC full partnership... there are a lot of people who CC felt wouldnt deal with a company who sponsers/promotes the pornography business...
