Most of what you state is correct. That is not the issue and it is not old news that the PPS has been, is, and will continue to be diluted to oblivion until YAGI can be eliminated. The most likely scenario for that is the money from the court awarded damages. So the only question is when? Before delisting, before YAGI calls the note, before BK? If so, then people will be able to party, but it will be a new crop of people who bought in many months in the future that will ride that wave of success.
