Hogwash! YAGI is bleeding them dry but the insiders go along with it because they have no choice since signing a deal like that. BUT the insiders are also protected from dilution while the common shareholder continues to get diluted day after day, wek after week, month after month. This has been going on for YEARS o the point of common shareholders getting wiped out because of the constant ongoing dilution.
