On the contrary, per their last press release, they stated "monetize", which to me means, licensing fees, equaling revenue! No where did they reference a acquisition! No where! They haven't touched base on this since the conference call! Hence, the reason for the decline in the share price! They have no one to blame for this, but themselves! No NDA, would prevent them for stating that they have (in fact, if they have) turned down a number of offers, that they felt were under valued! Not difficult. For all we know, all talks could have been halted! We don't know. Maybe now, their direction is to in fact, monetize these patents. Generate revenue, then maybe down the road, get a higher sale price? IMHO

Oh, and one more thing. Anyone that wants to bring the share price down, can simply do this! All you have to do, is put in a very low order, even if it's a few hundred shares. The question is, what is the volume that these low prices? It's meaningless, if there's no shares being traded.

We're a long way off, IMHO. Believe me, I hope I'm wrong. We all just better hope and pray, they don't dilute us down more and more! Trust me, they have put all us shareholder on edge. The longer it goes, the more shares they'll need to keep going forward. And if it gets too high, you don't want to know what happens then? Trust me!
